MEET BRIANE

Briane Dennison was born in Panama City, Panama as Julio Cesar Ramirez. Orphaned soon after birth, he was adopted by Mr. Frederick Dennison, and his wife Sue Dennison, who were stationed at Howard Air Force Base. Julio’s name was changed to Briane Lee Dennison and the family moved to New Mexico, where Briane was raised. At the age of nineteen, Briane joined the United States Air Force and began his professional career as a police officer. From there, he became an officer with the Albuquerque Police Department and received the Meritorious Service Medal for ‘bravery’. During this time, Briane was featured on FOX's television show COPS, which has been seen by audiences throughout the United States.

In 1998, not long after receiving Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior, Briane met the Reverend Billy Graham at a crusade. Within two years, Briane would begin to carry out a similar call on his life by launching World Jubilee Festivals. In 2002, Briane continued on the path God had for his life and received his minister’s license.

“I know what it feels like to be adopted. Not only in the natural sense, but also in the spiritual. It’s awesome to know someone loves you so much, that they would welcome you into their family. That is God’s love! And that is the message I want to share”, says Briane.

Today, Briane continues to proclaim the Good News as a Member Evangelist with Luis Palau's Next Generation Alliance. In addition, Briane serves as Chaplain Commander for the Albuquerque Police Department Volunteer Chaplain Unit, which oversees the spiritual support to 1,500 department employees and to those in crisis in the community.

Briane and his wife, Amber, have two sons, Brandon and Dane and make their home in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
